Hi There! I’m T (They/Them). I am a Trans, Non-Binary person grateful to be living and working on the territories of the lək̓ʷəŋən People - the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations – and the W̱SÁNEĆ People for the past 10 years.
My practice focuses on folks like me seeing themselves in their practitioner and finding harmony and peace the moment they enter the treatment room. As a Trans/Non-binary person, I recognize the barriers the 2SLGBTQIA+ community encounters when seeking healthcare. I hope to be a bridge in creating a safe, welcoming and empowering space for clients to experience the powerful healing potential of their own body. I use different healing modalities such as Reiki, Acupressure, Tui Na (Chinese Massage) and Qi-gong to support folks in their bodies the best way that works for them. I am passionate about supporting folks through stress, mental health, sleep issues, prenatal and postnatal support, digestive concerns, menstrual support, life transitions, post-op care, grief and 2SLGBTQIA+ support.
I have learned and practiced Reiki under my mentor for the past 7 years, completing my Reiki Level 1 and 2, and I am about to complete my Reiki Master this coming fall. Throughout this time, I also completed my diploma in Mental Health and Addictions at Camosun College in 2021 and my Diploma in Acupuncture at Pacific Rim College in 2024 and will soon be registered to practice acupuncture.
When I am not in the clinic, you can find me at the beach collecting rocks, on a road trip to the Kootenays or sitting in my backyard with my cat Batman.

My name is Ryks (pronounced like bikes), I’m a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC.
Born and raised right here on the Canadian West Coast, I’ve long considered myself an enjoyer of our gorgeous countryside, from the beaches to the mountains and everything in between. I spend much of my outdoors time on foot, exploring local trails while I train for marathons. When I’m not outside I’m typically on the computer playing games, watching anime, writing, or playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends. Although I consider myself introverted, I love people, and as a queer person I feel a great sense of responsibility ensuring all feel welcome and accepted in my presence.
Therapeutically speaking, my preferred areas of practice are neurology, and orthopedic injury. As someone who experienced chronic pain growing up, I feel especially in-tune with the nervous system, and the ways in which we interact with it. I have a very thorough, clinical style and I love a medical mystery, but in my treatment room, the patient is always my first priority. No matter the complexity of the case, I make it a point that all of my patients are treated as fairly, and as effectively as possible; I’m always ready for a challenge. If you’re looking for a therapist with evidence-based solutions, who crafts every treatment plan with your comfort and success in mind, then we might just be a good fit.

Hi, I’m Dr. Jenna Dhillon (she/her), a naturopathic doctor with a passion for collaborative, affirming care that sees the whole person—not just symptoms. My approach is rooted in evidence-based medicine, but always guided by compassion, curiosity, and the belief that your lived experience is just as important as lab results.
I offer a wide range of naturopathic services, including IV therapy, IM injections, functional testing, botanical medicine, and pharmaceutical prescriptions. I also hold prescribing authority in BC, which allows me to integrate conventional and naturopathic tools in a truly individualized way. I have a special interest in hormone health, metabolic health, digestive wellness, and gender-affirming care—including HRT support and pre- and post-op planning. My goal is to help you feel empowered in your care and confident in your body.
Before returning to Vancouver Island, I earned my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology at the University of Victoria. During my internship year, I was fortunate to work at Sherbourne Health, offering free care to HIV-positive patients—a powerful experience that shaped my commitment to healthcare equity and access.
Whether you’re navigating a chronic condition, seeking preventative support, or exploring what wellness can look like for you, I’m here to listen and build a care plan that feels right. I believe in taking the time to truly understand your needs and goals, and I’ll always work with you—not on you.
Outside the clinic, I’m happiest cycling the west coast, surfing, or curled up with a good book. I’m grateful to live and work on the traditional territories of the Coast Salish peoples, including the Lekwungen and W̱SÁNEĆ Nations.
Let’s work together to help you feel good in your body, supported in your health journey, and fully seen in your care.

I’m so glad you’re here! Life can throw a lot of challenges at us, and it can be really easy to become disconnected from our bodies for a myriad of reasons in the process. As a proud queer-identifying counsellor, I strive to co-create a safer space with everyone I work with so that you are invited to connect your mind and body in a way that feels good for you. Whether that re-connection with your body is through mindfulness and somatic experiencing or making moves towards ensuring your physical body feels more like your own, it would be privilege to support you in doing so.
I prioritize actively implementing anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, queer-affirming, feminist, and strengths-based perspectives. I also am training in and regularly weave aspects of modalities like Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion-Focused Therapy into my work. Prior to my years of experience as a mental health counsellor, I spent six years in the field of academic research in both psychology and social work. This experience gave me a great window into the human mind and nervous system; including the incredible benefits re-connecting with our bodies can have.
As a registered social worker, I am also qualified to provide hormone and surgical readiness assessments that have been continually accepted by medical physicians as sufficient information to initiate folks on the next step in their gender-affirming healthcare.
When I’m not supporting folks on their mental health and gender identity journeys, you can expect to see me doing my impression of either an indoor or outdoor cat. When I feel like an indoor cat, I love to read, craft, rock climb, paint, and twirl around a roller rink. My outdoor cat side loves to paddle board, hike & backpack, camp, and spend time with my chosen family.
I’m so glad you’re here! Life can throw a lot of challenges at us, and it can be really easy to b...

I’m a queer, white, non-binary voice teacher and vocalist living on the unceded traditional territories of the T’Sou-ke Nation. I graduated from Capilano University with a degree in Jazz Voice Performance in 2014 and have spent the past decade teaching voice in a variety of settings. I’m committed to ongoing learning and un-learning, and have studied methodologies like Estill and Fitzmaurice, with a special interest in body-based and non-linear approaches to voice.
In 2023, my own gender journey intersected with my teaching when I discovered that gender-affirming voice work existed (thank you, Instagram!). I completed Renee Yoxon’s Trans Voice Teacher Training and began offering gender-affirming voice lessons shortly after. Since then, I’ve continued to deepen my practice through self-study and completed the Gender Affirming Voice and Speech and Singing training for teachers and SLPs with Liz Jackson Hearns. As a non-binary person, I know what it’s like for your voice and body to feel out of sync, and I’m passionate about helping other queer and trans folks explore and expand their gender expression through voice.
My work is rooted in anti-oppressive values, activism, and a commitment to continuously unpacking my own privilege as a white settler on stolen land. I also perform and sing in a few bands and projects, including Only a Visitor, Moondle, and Streams Poetry Project. When I’m not making music, you’ll find me in the garden, walking in the woods, or crafting herbal remedies through my project Moonseed Herbals.

Welcome! Choosing to work with a therapist can be a tender and vulnerable step — allowing ourselves to be truly seen and witnessed is an act of bravery. Thanks for being here.
I have a long history of supporting adults and teens whose lives have been impacted by gender-based and sexualized violence, and this work continues to hold an important place at the center of my practice. Alongside this, I’m honoured to support folks in a variety of experiences: those working to recover their sense of wholeness following trauma. Those who long to make their worlds bigger when anxiety has made them small. Those hoping to reignite vitality in the face of burnout. I am passionate about accompanying folks facing major life changes, and showing up with fierceness to my work with people who are reclaiming personal power and community connection in the midst of surviving oppression. I bring lived experience to my work with gender and sexual identity exploration, and an approach to neurodiversity that is reverent and informed.
I see the therapy space as a kind of nest — a soft place to return to yourself, one that gently holds all that you carry, and all that carries you — your longings, your becoming. And from that place, we can begin to hold something larger: the shape of your life, your relationships, and your place in the world. Through the tender, heart-led modality of Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, we’ll honour the brilliance of your survival — every strategy that protected you. In the safety we build together, we’ll listen closely for the stirrings beneath: emotions long-held, connection to your core-self, and the strengthening of your voice and agency.
I am queer, non-binary and an uninvited white settler of Scottish ancestry, supported by my relationship to the lands and waters here on Lekwungen and W̱SÁNEĆ territories. I hold deep gratitude and strive to work in meaningful solidarity with the larger community of Indigenous stewards, anti-oppressive organizers, and all the humans I know working to resist violence and uphold human flourishing.
Welcome! Choosing to work with a therapist can be a tender and vulnerable step — allowing ourselv...
